Metro Jacksonville shares the conceptual plans of what will become East Bay Street's latest dining and nightlife venue: Levels Restaurant

Former Ribault High School standout and New York Jets wide receiver Laveranues Coles Jr. is moving forward with his plans to add a new component to the downtown Jacksonville nightlife scene. In late 2013, Coles' Past Trouble LLC. purchased a vacant 16,068-square foot building at 325 East Bay Street. Renovation plans call for the three story structure to be converted into a restaurant and entertainment venue called "Levels".

According to a November 2013, Jax Daily Record article, the project's architect believes "this multi-level restaurant will be a must visit in Jacksonville, and a major boost to the downtown vision".

Previously utilized as office space, the three level venue's facade will include a unique glass canopy and lighting treatments.  If approved by the Downtown Development Review Board, the restaurant could open in a few months, providing another reason for people to frequent downtown.
